At jjcards123, we take great care in packaging every order to ensure your trading cards and collectibles arrive safely. We appreciate your support and aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.
Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

During busy periods, including new product releases, sales, or after live Whatnot streams, processing times may be slightly longer. If there are any significant delays, we'll keep you informed.
Shipping Within Australia
We ship all orders using Australia Post.
Available shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where applicable).
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping through our online store.
Packaging
We know how important condition is to collectors. Every order is carefully packed using appropriate protective materials to help ensure your items arrive in excellent condition.
Depending on the items ordered, we may use sleeves, top loaders, team bags, bubble wrap, cardboard protection, or mailing boxes to provide additional protection during transit.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and Australia Post's delivery network.
Once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post, delivery timeframes are outside of our control.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@jjcards123.com.
We'll work with Australia Post to investigate the delay and keep you updated throughout the process.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
If an incorrect address is provided and your parcel is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend your order.
